Choose a 2-hour or 4-hour package and go directly to checkout. Both packages include the same practical support within your booked time. Checkout covers the selected package only. Any overtime is charged at US$18 per hour based on the actual extra time and paid after the service.

The same service scope applies to Short Visit and Half-Day Support. Your companion provides practical assistance throughout the booked 2 or 4 hours.
Price Included
- English-speaking personal companion: one local companion to accompany you during your hospital or clinic visit in Shanghai.
- Check-in and registration assistance: practical help with registration counters, appointment check-in and the hospital’s administrative steps.
- Hospital navigation: help finding the right building, department, consultation room, payment counter and waiting area.
- Everyday communication support: help asking staff practical questions and understanding administrative instructions.
- Tests and pharmacy accompaniment: accompany you between test areas and the pharmacy, and help with the practical process for collecting medication or reports within the booked time.
- Visit coordination: confirm the meeting point and appointment arrangements with SHOST before the service.
Price Not Included
- Medical expenses: consultation and registration charges, examinations, tests, treatment, medication and other hospital fees.
- Transport: private vehicle, taxi or ride-hailing fares, public transport and parking costs.
- Personal spending: meals, drinks and any other personal purchases.
- Professional medical services: specialist medical interpretation, diagnosis, medical advice and treatment. Medical explanations and decisions remain with your healthcare professionals.
- Time beyond your package: overtime is US$18 per hour, calculated from the actual extra time and paid after the service. It is not charged at checkout.
All prices are in US dollars. After checkout, SHOST will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your hospital, date, time and availability. If we cannot arrange the service, a full refund will be provided.

If we cannot arrange your service, a full refund will be provided. Checkout charges only the selected package price. Any overtime is US$18 per hour, based on the actual extra time and payable after the service.
