Cancellation & Changes

- Delays & Waiting Time

- – For return transfers, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- – Additional waiting time may be subject to an extra charge.
- No Show
- – If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location and cannot be contacted within the waiting period, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.
