Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- Cancellation
- – Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- Flight Changes & Delays
- – Please provide your correct flight number when booking.
- – We monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup time for normal flight delays at no additional charge.
- – If your flight is cancelled or significantly changed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with your transfer arrangements.
- Booking Changes
- – If you need to change your pickup date or time, please contact us at least 24 hours before pickup.
- – Reschedule requests are subject to availability.
- – Changes requested within 24 hours of pickup may incur additional charges if a new vehicle arrangement is required.
- No Show
- – For airport arrivals, our driver will wait up to 90 minutes after your actual flight arrival time.
- – The driver will contact you via WhatsApp upon arrival.
- – If you do not appear at the pickup location and cannot be reached within the waiting period, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.
