- English-speaking expo companion: one companion to support your exhibition visit in Shanghai for the selected duration.
- Basic pre-visit preparation: review your goals, products of interest and target exhibitors using the information you provide and publicly available exhibition details.
- Venue navigation: help finding registration areas, exhibition halls, booths and agreed meeting points.
- Practical exhibitor communication: help with everyday questions, product information, sample enquiries and arranging the next conversation.
- Organised visit information: collect exhibitor contacts, catalogues and agreed visit notes, with photos where permitted.
- Meeting and follow-up coordination: help exchange contact details and confirm next steps within your booked service time.
Price Not Included
- Admission and personal costs: exhibition tickets, meals, drinks and other personal expenses.
- Transport: private vehicle, taxi or ride-hailing fares, public transport and parking. Private transport can be quoted separately.
- Additional sourcing services: in-depth supplier research, ongoing follow-up after the booked service, factory visits and inspections are quoted separately.
- Specialist professional services: technical or legal interpretation, contract translation and commercial negotiation.
- Time beyond your package: overtime is US$18 per hour, based on actual extra time and payable after the service.
Prices are in US dollars for one companion and are not charged per person. Checkout covers the selected package only. SHOST will contact you within 24 hours to confirm arrangements and availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be arranged.
