Important Information
- Tour duration: Tour time starts when you meet your host at the airport and ends when you return to the airport.
- Flight delay: If your arrival flight is delayed, we’ll adjust the itinerary to make the best use of your remaining time.
- Luggage: If your baggage is not checked through to your next flight, you can bring it with you. Your luggage can stay safely in the private vehicle during the tour.
- Airport pickup: Your host will meet you inside the airport terminal after you complete immigration and customs. Detailed meeting instructions will be sent before your tour.
Cancellation & Changes
- Cancellation
- – Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
- Flight Changes & Delays
- – Please provide your flight number when booking.
- – We monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup time for normal flight delays at no additional charge.
- – If your flight is cancelled or significantly changed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with adjusting your tour arrangements.
- Tour Changes & Reschedule
- – If you need to change your tour date, pickup time, or tour duration, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- – Reschedule requests are subject to vehicle and guide availability.
- – Changes requested within 24 hours may not be guaranteed and may incur additional charges if a new arrangement is required.
- No Show
- – For airport arrivals, the driver will wait up to 90 minutes after your actual flight arrival time.
- – The driver will contact you via WhatsApp upon arrival.
- – If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location and cannot be reached within the waiting period, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.
