  • Your driver will wait near Legoland during your visit.
  • Return pickup time can be confirmed or adjusted with your driver on the day.
  • Pickup is available from hotels or designated locations in downtown Shanghai. Airport pickup is available on request.
  • Exact pickup details will be confirmed before your transfer.
  • Please allow enough time for traffic, especially on weekends and holidays.
  • Child seats can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
  • Larger vehicles can be arranged for extra luggage or special requirements.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for no-show passengers or if the passenger is not available at the confirmed pickup location and time.
  • Reschedule
  • You may request a change of pickup date or time at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.
  • For changes requested within 24 hours of pickup, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but a change fee may apply.
  • Delays & Changes on the Travel Day
  • If your Legoland visit schedule changes due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • For airport, hotel, or traffic-related delays affecting your transfer, please inform us promptly so we can adjust the pickup arrangement when possible.
