Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for no-show guests or if guests are unavailable at the agreed meeting point and time.
- Reschedule
- You may request to change your tour date or itinerary at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, subject to availability.
- For changes requested within 48 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but adjustments may not always be possible.
- Weather & Unexpected Circumstances
- Shanghai private tours can usually operate in different weather conditions. If severe weather or unexpected circumstances affect the itinerary, SHOST will discuss possible adjustments with you.
